Users take 1 a day or every other day when on a moderate cycle of testosterone at 250-625mg a week, users on 750mg plus tend to take 1 tab everyday

When symptoms occur such as excess bloating or itchiness or sensitive nipples, users take 40mg a day until the symptoms reduce either via its general course or by lowering the dosage of the cycle 'mg'. Then they revert to 20mg a day

If symptoms are quite heavy, lower the dose and take arimidex or aromasin with the nolvadex. Users generally would take 1mg of arimidex instantly with 40mg of nolvadex then drop the arimidex to 0.5mg every 2/3 days with 40mg nolvadex then cut the arimidex and continue with the nolvadex at 40mg then eventually to 20mg
