Great to use over long cycles , slow releasing test and keeps stable blood levels for test. So when you miss your injection times for your cycle, it can cause a drastic fluctuation in blood plasma levels which result in peaks and troughs and more estrogen related sides  

Users take 2/3 caps a day equivalent to injectable testosterone at 60mg a day (3 caps) 50% bio availability. 

If following a TRT protocol can take 2 caps a day 5 days a week. 

Most use this if they don’t prefer frequent injections for example if using: 

Test E 2ml a week - 500mg 

A DHT injectable 2ml a week - 400mg approx 

if the user injects only delts then 1ml a delt may be the most they can absorb comfortably. Twice a week that’s 4ml. 

Leaving the test caps as the other option 1 a day an additional 140mg a week.
